CONSULTATIONÂ SESSION
Individual consultation and problem solving sessions £195 per hour
INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT
Individual assessments may be targeted at one area of concern such as literacy for example or may be broader and more holistic including a wider exploration of learning and emotional needs.
All assessments include a report with a summary of the assessment findings and identified evidence based recommendations.
Targeted assessments to explore a key concern start at £1495.
Broader assessments including a wider exploration of learning and emotional needs for example, start from £1995.
THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS
Individual therapeutic input £95 for up to 30 minutes.

This privacy notice tells you what to expect happens with your personal information.

What information is collected, used, and why
Psychologist involvement necessitates the gathering of information for example through discussion, observation and assessment to provide the detail needed to understand your child’s needs and how best to provide support. As such personal data is required, including some potentially sensitive information. For example, information about educational background and achievements, health, interests and family may be required to inform professional opinion. However, only information that is relevant to the purpose of involvement will be gathered. The following information is normally collected:

Names and contact details for student/child and parents/carers

Date of birth of child/young person

Educational information such as data/assessment results, progress reports, behaviour logs, Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) support information such as current reasonable adjustments and SEND Support Plan
In accordance with current professional and legal standards including the British Psychological Society's (BPS) Code of Conduct, the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics, and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) all information gathered is treated with due regard to privacy and confidentiality of those involved.

Lawful bases for the collection and use of your data
The lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for educational psychologist involvement is based on consent - I have permission from you, the parent/carer. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Where I will get personal information from
I will get personal information directly from you as the parent/carer, from the child/young person, from the school/education establishment and from other involved services, if you give permission, for example Speech and Language Therapy Services.

How long information is kept
After involvement, if a report is written it will be maintained as an e-copy for seven years due to the potential of lost reports, and /or if there is a necessity to follow-up assessment in the future.

Who information is shared with
If you request a report, the report will be shared with you. I will not share the report with other organisations unless you explicitly request I do so.
